BUSINESS ANALYST IT INFRASTRUCTURE SECURITY (2023)

For a six month project at our banking client in Zurich we are looking for immediate support in the form of a BUSINESS ANALYST IT INFRASTRUCTURE SECURITY (2023)

for a major security program. You will be required to work closely with the PM providing analysis, planning and delivery support for the deployment of a new infrastructure security product.

THE MAJOR DELIVERABLES OF THIS POSITION ARE:
- Engaging with stakeholders across business areas to gather requirements and provide input into process design and deployment planning
- Designing and/or refining deployment and operational processes
- Detailed site analysis to support initial deployments
- Deployment support for initial deployments
- Training for operational teams

TO FULFIL THESE TASKS YOU BRING THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
- Technical Business Analyst experience (essential)
- Knowledge of ITIL (essential)
- Strong interpersonal skills (essential)
- Strong process design and data analysis skills (essential)
- Advanced Visio, Excel and Powerpoint skills (essential)
- IT networks and infrastructure security knowledge (preferred)
- IT support experience (preferred)
- Technical training experience (preferred)

Core skills will include stakeholder engagement, process flow design, solution mapping to ITIL operational processes, detailed site deployment analysis and deployment support.
