Business Analyst IT - FRC Asset Class

For our banking client we are currently looking for a

Business Analyst IT - Market risk with focus on FRC Asset Class

Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months
Location: Zurich

Your tasks:
- understand and define business processes that support IT solutions
- partner with the Market Risk IT teams to help define and deliver their product
- develop a deep understanding of FRC (foreign exchange, interest rates and credit) Portfolio Data
- Take ownership of project deliverables and produce concise solution designs
- manage the staff of a project team

The ideal candidate shall bring:
- a strong Market Risk background with a focus on FRC (foreign exchange, interest rates and credit) asset class
- experienced Business analyst with relevant experience in the last 5 years
- understanding of the regulatory drivers for Market Risk
- combination of business, product and IT knowledge
- ideally got a University Degree or Masters in IT/Computer Science
- having a good understanding of Banking products and process (a Finance Management certificate will be a plus)
- flexible and able to define pragmatic solutions
- well structured, very reliable and dedicated; high attention to detail, ability to handle a significant number of dependencies and issues ensuring nothing is missed out.
- strong client facing and interpersonal skills
- fluent in English
