Randstad Professionals is actively looking for aRequirements Engineer INVESTnet (f/m)
WE OFFER
The position as Requirements Engineer - a key role to the success of INVESTnet - the globally used investment advisory tool for Relationship Managers - in a team of about 90 IT specialists responsible for supporting, maintaining and extending the strategic application INVESTnet.
The possibility to perfect your business engineering and requirement engineering skills within a motivated international team, a challenging banking domain and an interesting technical environment in close collaboration with our business clients.
The broad variety of responsibilities include:
- achieving a clear understanding of business goals and needs within the context of business processes
- eliciting, analysing, developing, validating and managing requirements during the whole project life cycle
- challenging business requirements during elicitation
- working closely with business partners and IT team (eg architects, solution engineers and testers) and ensure common understanding
- acting as a trusted advisor to our business partners
- producing functional specifications for solution components or integrated solutions
- reviewing high-level design and test cases to ensure alignment to requirements
- proactively identifying areas for improvement (in process/product/project) and works to implement changes
An opportunity for a dynamic self-starter to influence and drive the processes in the area of responsibility.
YOU OFFER
- At least 3 years experience as Business engineer or Requirements engineer.
- Academic degree (Masters, Bachelor) in economics, computer science or similar.
- Proficiency in English, German is an asset.
- Theoretical and practical financial know-how (especially wealth management, investment products, portfolio analysis and portfolio risk management).
- Experience using requirements engineering tools and methods (eg Use Case modelling, UML).
- Strong and accurate analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work with different stakeholders and project roles.
- Valid presentation skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, flexible and initiative personality with the ability to learn.
