Business Analyst - Investment/Asset Management

Our Client, a large financial services organisation based in Edinburgh, is currently recruiting for 3 Business Analysts to join a programme that aims to provide a legal service and support to their fund management function.

Applicants should be highly experienced Business Analysts with strong investment/asset management and regulatory change experience. The selected candidate will have extensive experience within an investment/asset management environment including knowledge of laws and regulations affecting fund management companies, common fund structures and their legal framework. You should also have experience of legal drafting and be able to identify any potential legal issues and produce solutions. Strong Stakeholder Management skill is essential, as is a proven ability dealing with third party service providers, such as depository partners and external legal advisors.
