Business Analyst/Integrator

Synergy Consulting Group is looking for a Business Analyst/Integrator for a 6 month+ contract position with a Fortune 500 company in Catlettsburg, KY.

In this position, your will be working within a team environment and providing leadership and support for lab applications.This position requires demonstrated strong initiative, in-depth knowledge of all technologies described, professionalism and excellent customer service/interpersonal skills. Technologies being used include 3rd party Lab Information Management Systems (LIMS), .NET, SQL Server, SharePoint.

You would be expected to organize and lead project efforts, work directly with business clients and provide run-the-business system support. Standard processes exist in many situations and need to be strictly followed. Many other situations require thinking outside the box to resolve problems and implement solutions.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:
Project leader

Client-facing IT business analyst

Day to day user support, including debugging problems and answering questions

Prioritization of IT requests for application support/projects

Collaboration with immediate team members and with the broader IT Services organization

Point of contact with 3rd party vendors, including budget management

Understand the security and compliance requirements of applications and client areas and utilize appropriate methods, controls and documentation

Qualifications:
Bachelors preferred, MIS or Computer Science preferred

5 - 10 years experience preferred

Experience with project management a plus

Experience with BLISS, SampleManager, ChemStation Lab systems a plus
