My client a leading insurance company seeks a Business Analyst to join a growing business change function. Working within change and delivery you will be responsible for working across a number of change projects within the business including finance, underwriting and operations.
Responsibilities will include:
* Developing Business Cases
* Defining Requirements
* Perform Cost Benefit Analysis
* Improving Business Process(es)
* Investigate situations (workshops/brain-storming)
* Management of Stakeholders (conflicts / negotiation/ interpretation)
* Realise Strategies
* Recommend & Evaluate Options
* Review Business Benefits
* Support the IT systems development lifecycle
To be considered for this role candidates will need to have:
* Previously worked within an insurance company
* Good knowledge ofUKgeneral insurance products
* Knowledge of commercial lines
* Good experience of business change projects in the insurance industry
* Understanding of different business units within an insurance company
* Experience of business process re-engineering.
