My client, a large organisation in the insurance sector are looking for a Business Analyst - Insurance to join their successful organisation on an initial 3 month contract.

THE BUSINESS ANALYST MUST HAVE INSURANCE EXPERIENCE.

The Business Analyst - Insurance will provide standard business analysis functions and provide knowledge and experience of the Insurance industry. The Business Analyst - Insurance will also be required to carry out specific requirements and design tasks in support of the business launch.

The Business Analyst - Insurance will have the following responsibilities:

- To analyse and agree requirements with the Sponsor and to produce the relevant Specifications based on business requirements for agreement.
- To ensure that work carried out - either by you or by a designated member of staff - conforms to departmental standards where they exist.
- Provide Business Analysis expertise to underpin defining the requirements of the business and software solutions
- Produce clearly structured business requirements through engagement with key business stakeholders. These are to be signed off through the defined approval process.
- Trace the business requirements into system requirements, describing clearly the system behaviour in preparation for handover to technical design teams. These are to be signed off through the defined approval process.
- To create Project Documentation on all assigned tasks.
