Business Analyst - Sweden
A leading global insurance and reinsurance broker is looking to hire a Business Analyst for their project team based in Stockholm, Sweden. You will be delivering one of their top three strategic areas to drive operational improvement within the organisation.
You will be expected to:
- Liaise among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyse, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems.
- Summarise large amounts of information to understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements, and recommend solutions that enable the organisation to achieve its goals.
- Work with teams to help them understand and improve the effectiveness of their work.
- Support the project and programme managers.
- Complete detailed design and analysis
- Design to-be processes and develop training material and standard operating procedures (SOPs) documentation
- Document retained organisation design and change mgmt. approach
- Support workshop outputs documentation
