Business Analyst required by a leading global insurance organisation located in West Sussex. The successful candidate will be part of a project management team responsible for implementing a prescribed Target Operating Model across its EMEA region. The successful candidate will be responsible for process mapping operational and various business activities, gathering information and presenting findings to senior stakeholders within the business.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
*Proven Business analysis experience gained within a financial services environment.
*Strong communications skills and the ability and communicate with senior stakeholders.
*Competent in MS Office, Vision and MS Projects.
*Any previous experience of the insurance industry would be highly beneficial.
