Business Analyst - Infrastructure - Leading FMCG Brand

This well known organisation prides itself on being an employer of choice with a fun and social work environment. Currently we're seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst with a strong infrastructure background for a 3mth+ contract starting in the next couple of weeks.

In this role the successful candidate will be interfacing with a variety of internal and external stakeholders including senior managers, so presentation, communication and stakeholder management are key strengths. As this is an IT PMO, a technical background is also essential.

The successful candidate MUST have the following:

- 5+ years experience as a dedicated Business Analyst
- Experience within an Infrastructure/Technical Business Analyst role
- Previous experience working all areas of SDLC projects, end to end
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills: a demonstrated strength
- UML and Agile experience
- Previously have created Use Cases
- Experience in requirement gathering
- Strong experience in scoping and managing change of scope
- Fantastic presentation and communication skills
- Exceptional reporting, documentation and communication skills
- ITIL and service management exposure is preferred
