For a project at our banking client site in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
BUSINESS ANALYST IN THE FRONT OFFICE TRADING AREA (2752)
YOUR TASKS:
- Gathering, refining and elaborating on Business and Regulatory requirements.
- Production of quality documentation including Business Requirements and Technical Specifications.
- Ongoing business engagement during all phases of the project from initial requirements gathering into production.
- Working with the development and QA teams in an agile approach to deliver requirements in a number of iterations.
- Coordination and collaboration with your counterparts across applications and teams - including other BAs, project managers, testing teams, developers, business sponsors.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE AS A BUSINESS ANALYST, MIN. 8 YEARS
- Experience with relevant tools and best practices eg Enterprise Architect, Use-case analysis, QualityCenter, JIRA, Subversion.
- Familiarity with both waterfall and agile methodologies
- BANKING IT EXPERIENCE (ESPECIALLY REGULATORY DRIVEN) WITH EXPOSURE TO BOTH THE BUSINESS AND IT HIGHLY DESIRABLE.
- Proven ability to work alone or as part of a team, can take direction but also show initiative. Able to work as part of a global team.* Specific Regulatory Reporting experience eg Dodd Frank, Emir and the general reporting requirements.
- OTC product knowledge, familiarity with the structures of the various asset classes.
- Fluent in English, German would be an asset
