Business Analyst in Knowledge Management, Banking, Zurich, Contract

For one of our clients, we are looking for a Business Analyst to work on a contract basis for a period of 6 months. The client is a bank based in Zurich.

You would be a Business Analyst in the area of Operational Knowledge Management. You will work with project managers and work stream leaders with your expertise in Knowledge Management. The work includes process engineering, tool evaluation (RightAnswer/SolutionManager, ServiceNow), migration, technical writing and documentation.

To be considered for the position, you will have the following skills:

- SME in operational knowledge management (ITIL/COBIT)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analytics and knowledge management
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluent in English, German is strongly desired
