For our banking client in Zürich we are currently looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Credit Risk:
DESIRED START: 20.02.2017
DURATION: 6 months
LOCATION: Zürich
THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Drive and coordinate the delivery of Credit Risk relevant IT and process changes
- Prepare Business Requirement documents including requirement description and use cases
- Work with the Functional Architects and other Business Analysts to ensure the solutions proposed are fit for purpose
- Identify opportunities for IT and process improvements
- Analyze business processes and recommend new design changes to existing business processes
- Assist IT and business in defining test cases and acceptance criteria
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IS EXPECTED TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION:
- Strong track record in business analysis
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Experience in process management/design
- Strong communication skills to face off to, influence and engage senior stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, highly organized and able to work in a quickly changing and fast paced environment
- Good knowledge of IT and banking processes
- Excellent communication skills in English
- (Credit) Risk experience and understanding of the banking environment would be a plus
- Understanding and experience of implementing regulatory projects in a large bank would be a plus
