-Preparing a pilot study regarding the archiving practices of physical inventory across subsidiaries
-Collecting requirements and creating AS-IS analysis of the current inventory methods used globally
-Identifying and developing alternate options or methods for storage
-Creating a business case for Senior Management
-Performing communication, information and documentation tasks
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Working experience in physical inventory projects
-Sound knowledge of physical archiving tools and Records Management
-Experience with (global) AS-IS analysis and creating strategic options for Senior Management
-Know-how in creating project proposals
-Excellent communication skills
-Work experience in the pharmaceutical industry is of advantage
-Fluent in English, German is a plus
