Business Analyst II - Business & Client Support Job

BUSINESS ANALYST II - BUSINESS & CLIENT SUPPORT needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in NORRISTOWN, PA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Windows Desktop Business Analyst
- Capture and document processes through interviewing data owners
- Lead efforts for following up with data owners on deliverables
- Manage projects related to enhancement of the desktop computing.
- Interface with hardware and software vendors to facility project to completion.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Capture and document processes through interviewing data owners and by attending meetings.
- Lead efforts for following up with data owners on deliverables to ensure the timely handling of project related tasks.
- Manage small projects related to enhancement of the desktop computing experience.
- Interface with hardware and software vendors to facilitate completion of projects. Assist in drafting SOW's and RFI's.
- Provide timely updates of all project tasks to management on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- 5-7 years BA and Project Coordination Experience for Windows Infrastructure
- Windows 7 deployment experience
- Significant hands-on MS Project experience
- Good Communication (written and oral) and Organizational Skills
- Experience capturing and documenting requirements from SME's in the IT industry
- Self Sufficient, Goals Oriented, Assertive
- Agile/SCRUM experience preferred
- MS Project or equivalent
- Windows 7
- Visio
- Excel Spreadsheets
- MS Office
