Business Analyst - IFRS - Solvency II - Pillar 3

CORE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
- The business analyst's role is to liaise with key stakeholders to ensure business requirements are developed, challenged and validated to deliver the most appropriate solution for the business.

DESIRABLE QUALITIES:
- Good knowledge of SOLVENCY II PILLAR 3 and IFRS regulatory reporting requirements

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Provide business and technical support, including the gathering and interpretation of business requirements
- Impact assessment of any proposed business process refinements
- Completion of functional specifications for people, process or system changes
- To identify synergies and analyse the most effective business processes to achieve the programme objectives
- Encourage best practice to be adopted in both business process and supporting system usage
- Achieving document and deliverable sign-off from relevant parties
- Experienced in delivery of transformational change in the areas of FINANCIAL TRANSFORMATION, financial close and risk management processes
- Specific experience in and insurance knowledge of London Market (Lloyds of London).
- Extensive experience in defining reporting requirements for Operational and Financial MI within insurance
- Finance background CIMA/ACCA/ACA ETC ETC...
