For a project at our clients site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for a experienced
GERMAN SPEAKING BUSINESS ANALYST - IFRS 15 (4463)
You will work as part of the Group Accounting Policy team tasked with implementing the new IFRS 15 Revenue Recognition Standard and the US GAAP equivalent.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- PROVEN TRACK RECORD AS A BUSINESS ANALYST PREFERABELY WITHIN BANKING ENVIRONMENT WITH EXCELLENT IFRS 15 SKILLS
- KNOWLEDGE OF VARIOUS SYSTEMS AND PROCESSES OF BANKS
- GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF ACCOUNTING CONCEPTS
- Good knowledge of contract standards
- Strong presentation and reporting skills are necessary
- Fluent in English and German
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partnering with Key Stakeholders in Finance (accounting, service lines and delivery teams), IT and impacted Business Divisions
- Detailed contract analysis to evidence and support the current revenue recognition practices
- Assisting with other work required to go live eg Business Requirements, Governance, Disclosures & Reporting
