BUSINESS ANALYST, IDENTITY & ACCESS MANAGEMENT, PHARMA (CONTRACT, BASEL)
On behalf of our client, a world-leading pharmaceutical company based in Switzerland, Swisslinx are looking for a pro-active BUSINESS ANALYST forIDENTITY & ACCESS MANAGEMENT (SAP INTEGRATION) project.
WE CAN OFFER:
- Analyze business scenarios and identify opportunities for improvement through automation and/or business process change
- Provide analytical expertise in identifying, evaluating, designing and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
- Develop functional and/or technical specifications
- Document and champion business processes.
- Provide consultation to users in the area of business systems and processes
- Elicit, analyze, validate, communicate and simplify requirements, and manage and communicate them effectively
- Lead successful completion of major projects/programs across portfolios.
- Champion accountability by example. Participate in roadmap discussions and vendor assessments
- Lead cross-functional discussions in the resolution of business or systems issues.
- Develop business cases in collaboration with business stakeholders and key account managers
- Facilitate and support system and user acceptance testing
- Ensure compliance with all standards and practices including CSV
YOUR PROFILE:
- University degree in IT preferred
- 5 years of relevant experience in multinational company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Track record of performing BA activities successfully on projects
- Experience in software development/customizing projects, preferably with SAP ERP & BI (Enterprise Resource Planning, Business Intelligence) and/or Sailpoint IdentityIQ
- Previous experience as Business Analyst on a CSV-regulated project required (Computerized System Validation)
- Experience with HP ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) preferred
- Structured approach, problem-solving, flexible and self-directed with analytical skills
- Strong interest in new technologies
- Familiar with Google suite preferred
THIS IS A 6 MONTHS CONTRACT INITIALLY, WITH A POSSIBILITY OF EXTENSION. START DATE: IDEALLY ASAP.
