Business Analyst IAM

Business Analyst IAM wanted for the coordination of the regional and the global Digital Private Banking (DPB) Identity Access Management (IAM) development within an international bank in Zurich.

YOUR TASKS:

- Collecting, clarifying and documenting the regional requirements
- Ensuring implementation of regional customers requirements
- Supporting application integration, incl. definition and implementation of DPB features
- Organising the strategic solution, incl. definition and implementation of tactical solutions and workarounds
- Implementing the global TOM template and supporting the organizational deployment

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Long-term experience in global solution delivery projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as problem solving skills
- Experience in a professional, sustainable and strong stakeholder management
- Languages: fluent German and English both written and spoken
