Business Analyst - HR, Taleo, SAP HCM, SAAS, Recruitment
3 Month initial contract + likely extensions.
My client, a very large corporate based in Basel is looking for a senior BA to start ASAP.
As a Business System Analyst for E-Recruiting tools within the HR Core Support Team you will be involved in defining and supporting the solutions strategies and roadmaps for the area, implementing the tools and integrating Taleo SAAS solutions with the Global Landscape and with the main SAP HCM system.
Support
In this position you will be handling vendor relationship and third level support queries for existing third parties solution (Taleo E-Recruitment, Salesforce.com). You will be actioning escalated incidents. Additionally you will be escalating incidents (when necessary) to the vendors.
You will be expected to support all local offices, Services Centers and Process Owners as well as ensuring they have the relevant training and user guides for the tools and solutions in scope. You will analysis the enhancement requests submitted and coordinate implementation with the vendors. You will work closely with the vendor for smooth testing and integration of their solutions.
Project
In this role you will be managing or participating in global projects related to Recruitment and End to End HR Processes including recruitment and onboarding. You will need to follow our internal Project Management Methodology and manage the project stakeholders.
Future Technology
In this role you will be responsible for researching and keeping up to date on the current and future HR technologies, not only related to solutions for E-Recruitment. You will act as an internal consultant within our organization to provide information on HR systems and new innovative products that could plug into or replace current technologies.
5 to 7 years' experience in an equivalent position, or in consulting area 2-3 years Knowledge of Taleo eRecruitment, eOffer, OnBoarding Taleo certified system administrator, including configuration, operation, process documentation, troubleshooting and security controls. Fluent English language skills German is nice to have
