Je functie: Context
The HR Steering Center Talent and Performance Tools manages HR tools that are used at group level including projects and evolutions both on existing and new tools.
The business analyst is in charge of all the activities linked to such evolutions and projects
Function Description
Participate to the project iBen (new development in replacement of existing tool) that gathers all financial and other related information on defined benefit plans from local
entities, necessary to produce the regulatory reporting and to calculate and confirm the necessary provisions to be booked.
As a business analyst, you're responsible to assist the project leader to
- Collect and analyse business requirements from all relevant stakeholders
- Design and describe solutions corresponding to the requirements
- Evaluate the impact of the proposed solution on the user process and the maintenance of the system
- Provide assistance to the development team during the technical analysis and development phases and validates that the functional/technical specifications
are in line with the proposed solution and the business requirements
- Prepare and perform the testing of the solution once delivered by the development team and provide all necessary documentation (test plans on the
ALM test tool, document the test results in PV's, …) with the objective of checking that the delivered product works correctly and that it is in line with the
proposed solution and the business requirements
- Communicate constantly with her/his Project Manager regarding any event impacting the global quality of the project including planning, change in scope,
quality of the deliverable, new risks, …
- Provide support to the Clients/Users during the change management phase or on daily basis as a second line support after production office

Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience in a MOA (Maitrise d'ouvrage)

Technical Experience
Mandatory
Technical knowledge sufficient to discuss with IT, support and challenge their solutions
Preferable
Experience in HR IS tools
Knowledge of automated test tools, data file transfer, data file comparison tools and encryption principles
Business Experience
Mandatory
- Expertise in business requirements and development life cycle activities (specification, test, change management) for IT Systems
- Comfortable in project mode environment
o commitment on deadline,
o capacity to set up her/his own individual planning
o ability to document activities (meeting minutes,"process verbal (PV)" of test campaign..)
- Experience in management of small projects
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills in both French and English, able to sale the benefits of the projects to acquire adhesion of local users in the project
- International experience
Preferable
- Previous experience with BNP Paribas
- Capacity of performing test process
