Business Analyst HR Solutions wanted for our Vaud based client in the food sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- At least 3 years of experience in IS/IT preferably with confirmed project management skills
- Experience in the analysis of HR processes and different HR templates as well as Support Organization and Travel Management
- Exposure to Matrix organizations
- In-depth experience writing software requirements and test specifications
- Languages: fluent English and French both written and spoken, German would be an asset
YOUR TASKS:
- Reviewing IS/IT services delivery with Stakeholders; whenever appropriate, and establishing corrective action plans and following them up
- Ensuring HR business requirements are implemented according to agreed priorities and standard change management procedures
- Collaborating with other IS/IT teams, including solution architects, senior project managers, external solution & service providers
- Conducting the selection of new solutions, internally or externally, aligned with organisational strategy and standards
- Coordinating project and resources, in accordance with the Swiss LGO project management methodology, to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
