A newly created opportunity exists for a Business Analyst (HR) to join this well recognised non for profit Organisation based in Brisbane's inner Western Suburbs. This position is responsible for providing quality expertise assuring the system is aligned with the identified business needs with the successful candidate being responsible to ensure that services provided are consistent with the mission and values of the client.

Key Responsibilities for Business Analyst will include the following:
Review and analyse business processes, re-engineer as necessary to improve efficiency, effectiveness and/or usability using analysis techniques and process models. Map business processes to standard functionality and Identify gaps and provide alternatives. Provide guidance and contribute to the redefinition of processes to augment or streamline the generation, timing and accuracy of management information. Elicit, analyse, specify, and validate the business requirements aligned with business processes and business scenarios. Convene and facilitate workshops as necessary to derive user requirements and priorities. Drive the design, documents and development of business requirements. Consult with internal project team, vendor, Subject Matter Experts to identify best solution. Develop gap analysis documentations including plans to bridge the gaps. Develop business requirements and system specification for the design of solutions. Develop a detailed implementation project schedule associated with the key milestones and deliverables. Provide guidance in the design and the development of system parameters for configuration. Configure the Aurion system in accordance with the agreed specifications. Manage system configurations changes and alignments in all environments. Manage and communicate requirements changes and the implications on the solutions Prepare system test plans and scripts and oversee testing to ensure delivery of quality solutions. Deliver training to key stakeholders through all phases of the implementation. Ensure user acceptance (UAT) criteria for the stages of the project are defined met. Work closely with technical teams and the business stakeholders ensuring requirements are being met. Coordinate, in collaboration with the business owners, a timely completion of project activities. Gain agreement and approval on project deliverables. Input and maintain the project risks, issues and change register. Coordinate, oversee guide and manage successful UAT.

Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously. Maintain regular communications regarding project issues, risks, and needs with Project Manager. Classify problems as system, training, or process and recommend appropriate resolution path to the Project Manager when necessary.

To be successful for this role you must hold the relevant key skills and experience; Preferably 5 years Experience in implementing and configuring HR Systems preferably Aurion Preferably a relevant university.
