Business Analyst - HR/Payroll

Projektbeschreibung
Business Analyst is required to support the setting up of the HRIS and payroll system, ensuring integration of its required shared components.
YOUR TASKS:
- Requirements analysis; create functional specifications for IT
- Support UAT process; coordinate testing activities; create test cases and documentation
- Assist with country coordination in regards to design, testing and follow-ups
- Help in the preparation of user guides and training documents as required
- Support in data validation by raising issues and helping in coordination with the countries
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Able to create functional IT specifications
- Good understanding of SuccessFactors (Employee Central)
- Knowledge of ADP Global View payroll
- Payroll knowledge (preferably from US, UK, CH or SK)
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a big plus
