BUSINESS ANALYST (HR - PAY PROGRESSION & BENEFIT PACKAGES, FINANCIAL SERVICES)

We are looking to recruit a Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst to join a well recognised financial services organisation on a change programme looking to improve the career progression & reward package progression opportunities for the organisation. The successful Business Analyst will come into a HR change environment that requires expert knowledge around pay grades, job progression structures, job family areas and the bonus schemes that are attached to each job level banding within the organisation.

Business Analyst Criteria:

- Expert knowledge of change to Reward Packages/Pay Progressioncovering process mapping (as-is and to-be)
- Experience of working with senior specialised stakeholders; and working with the involvement of third party suppliers
- high levels of accuracy; working at pace; and experience of highly regulated deliverables

This is an opportunity for a Business Analyst to join a very well recognised financial services organisation on a programme running until mid 2015.
