Business Analyst with profound HR-IT knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Working experience as Business Analyst both in functional and technical domains, ideally already within HR-IT domain and SAP Swiss Payroll
- Background working on a project throughout its life cycle from initiation to delivery
- Ability to interpret business requirements and develop strong solutions
- Experience working to a formal SDLC methodology coupled with utilising a BA methodology like UML or others
- Appreciation for IT capability and technical competence
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is a plus
YOUR TASKS:
- Determining required IT business solutions and assisting the implementation
- Conducting requirements-gathering tasks like service evaluation, using a variety of internal and external data and cooperating with HR
- Describe business processes, including the involved organizational structures
- Creating system design requirements, containing Feature Documentation, User Interface and Screen Designs, Workflow Diagrams, Use Case Scenarios, and Data Models
- Identifying systems and people impacted by functional and non-functional requirements as well as assisting Quality Control and Project Management
- Assisting with functional analysis on Level 3 incidents and coordinating with different IT and vendor teams to complete the implementation activities including handover sessions with Level 2 and Level 3 support teams
