Job Title Senior Business Analyst HR International Cost Tracking Implementation (Polaris, SAP's main HR systems, non-cash cost tracking and Payroll integration)-Pharmaceutical corporate (Contract hire up to £600 per day)
Job Description
Experienced senior Business Analyst HR with skills including Polaris, SAP's main HR systems, non-cash cost tracking and payroll integration sought by leading pharmaceutical corporate based in Basel.
This three month contractor hire will be required to focus on non-cash costing tracking and pay role integration. Further more this position is cloud based solution providing an electronic assignee case management system interfaced with SAP's main HR systems.
The HRIT business analyst must have the ability to drive ideas and change within the project based on experience and established knowledge
Requirements
- Proven records as Business Analyst in HRIT, having strong experience with HR Global Mobility and International Assignment processes
- Cost Tracking for International Assignee experience - this should include a solid working knowledge of assignment cost data input sources, actual and shadow payroll reporting for tax and social security purposes as well as data output to payrolls as well as analytical reports for stakeholders
- Experience with Polaris Global Mobility solution (or equivalent system)
- Analytical, logical problem resolution skills
-Knowledge of application systems development methodology with the ability to analyze, design, implement, test and release solutions
