Business Analyst - HR/Internal Communications

Contract role based in Edinburgh or Halifax for an initial 3 months.

The selected candidate will work on an HR project which is looking at new high level FCA reforms which will impact our client's HR policy.

This role will be responsible for 
o Facilitating Stakeholder Meetings/Workshops
o discussing the reforms and changes to current policy
o provide creative input as to what the new operating model will look like
o take away information from the meetings and work out ways to communicate the changes 
o Be responsible for providing communications to the project and colleagues within the wider organisation

To be considered for this role, applicants should have the following skills
* A good mix of Analysis and Change skills
* Experience working in a complex environment
* Advanced Powerpoint skills
* Experience of producing communications materials (ideally on a large scale)
* Some previous HR experience
* Excellent stakeholder management
