Our client is a pharmaceutical company based in Basel. In order to reinforce their team, Swisslinx is seeking a committed, highly motivated and qualified Business Analyst in HR.
As a qualified Business Analyst your responsibilities would be the following:
-ANALYSIS OF THE PAYROLL INTERFACE BETWEEN THE POLARIS GLOBAL MOBILITY SYSTEM AND THE IN-HOUSE SAP PAYROLL SYSTEMS IN SWITZERLAND, GERMANY, US, AND CHINA
-ANALYSIS THE PAYROLL INTERFACE BETWEEN THE POLARIS GLOBAL MOBILITY SYSTEM WITH PAYROLL PROVIDERS OUTSIDE THE ORGANIZATION FOR SELECTED AFFILIATES.
In order to be considered for this position, we are looking for candidates with the following profile
-PROVEN RECORDS AS BUSINESS ANALYST IN HRIT, HAVING STRONG EXPERIENCE WITH HR GLOBAL MOBILITY AND INTERNATIONAL ASSIGNMENT PROCESSES.
-SAP PAYROLL EXPERIENCE
-EXPERIENCE WITH POLARIS GLOBAL MOBILITY SOLUTION
- Fluent in English
