REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience working in HR, Compliance, or other internal consulting roles dealing with change management or process improvement.
SKILLS:
Demonstrated success in driving change or continuous improvement projects. Experience with creating dashboards. Strong consultative, critical thinking and analytic skills with ability to operate independently and build effective partnerships across multiple stakeholder groups. Effective team player, able to build relationships quickly. Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively influence internal stakeholders. Excellent planning and organization skills with the ability to successfully handle multiple concurrent priorities simultaneously; attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy; ability to thrive in dynamic, faced paced environment. Strong technical skills with expertise with MS Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Expertise with or ability to quickly be proficient with Visio; experience with Hyperion preferred. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
