Business Analyst - HR Applications - Switzerland

Our client, a major international organisation, is looking for a Business Analyst to work as part of a team managing a large portfolio of HR applications. With a solid background as a Business Analyst within IT, you will act as the main point of contact between the business, technical teams and external suppliers.

Your role will cover the identification of business needs and transferring these needs into documentation and conceptual designs from which the applications will be developed.

You will be organised, persuasive, technically minded and the ability to work across a large number of different, and local, HR applications covering: time management, expenses, visa management, travel, E-learning.

Fluency in English is essential with French a strong asset to work alongside end users, super users and HR business partners. Solid IT application experience is a given (Microsoft Suite and BA tools).
