Business Analyst - HR wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Practical experience as Test Lead or Test Manager, in the Banking industry and in HR
- Strong project management and business analytical skills along with logical reasoning
- Ability to motivate yourself, learn something new and to work closely with IT and Support team
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements and full cycle project implementation
- Expertise in working with onshore/offshore model as well as reporting and analytical tools such as OBIE
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is advantageous
YOUR TASKS:
- Coordinating UAT activities, executing functional tests, defect tracking and defect management
- Preparing test sign-offs and reporting on implementation and testing progress to the management
- Developing functional expertise in one key HR process area (Human Capital Management)
- Collecting business requirements coupled with collaborating with Process SMEs, IT and Business partners
