Business Analyst - HR

The roles will require a lead BA/Hybrid to manage the day to day delivery of all Recruitment, Training, Offshoring, Business Readiness and implementation solutions. Reporting directly into the People Workstream lead, they will ensure that the appropriate governance, reporting and quality assurance is in place to meet RBSG and programme standards. They will also be required to oversee the People BA team, providing guidance and ensuring quality control where required. The role also requires the incumbent to play an active role managing various elements of the governance framework and project plans.

Mandatory:

A history of HR/Training/Recruitment Programmes within Financial Services

Essential

- Financial Services (Operations) experience.
- Strong Communication skills - Have the confidence to manage and influence SME to Director level stakeholders across multiple areas of the organisation.
- Recruitment and Training Experience - Previous experience in defining and delivering recruitment and training.
- Experience as a Senior BA/PM.
- Strong MS Skill set in: Access, Excel, Project, Powerpoint and Visio.
- Target Operating Model Experience - previous experience in delivering a resource solution to fit into a new or revised Target Operating Model.
- History of continuity, good track record or longevity and or contract extensions within previous roles.
