A Business Analyst with extensive experience within Human Resources is required by a Financial Services organization based in Edinburgh.
The successful candidate will have proven, demonstrable experience of
- Managing the planning, information gathering, analysing, defining, communication of & validation of project requirements.
- Good knowledge of Performance and Reward plans and policies
- End User requirements
- working with senior specialised stakeholders and third party suppliers
- strong communications experience
- Ability to interpret and analyse complex data, using advanced Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access and Visual Basic for Applications skills.
Rate: Up to £440
Start: ASAP/January
Location: Edinburgh
Duration: 6 months
