Projektbeschreibung
The position requires an internationally aware HR and Payroll Business Analyst to carry out the analysis of HR business process and information needs for the business and interpret this into systems design. It also requires skills to translate this information need into suitable object models etc. which will facilitate the specification of system requirements to organise, attract, retain, deploy, develop, reward, assess, lead, coach, support, inform and equip a cost-effective and productive workforce.
Essential Skills:
HR Business Analysis experience
Knowledge of Payroll & HR Systems, Benefits Systems or Payroll Systems
UML modelling tools (Enterprise Architect)
University degree (or equivalent)
Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM environment
