Key skills:
- Strong ITIL Knowledge
- Some Project Management experience
- Fluency in French is a must
- Knowledge of HP tools
- (Occasional Frankfurt is required)
About the role of Business Analyst
- Analysis and documentation of current interfaces (incl. external customer interfaces)
- Analysis of Incident & Problem Mgmt. process harmonization and transition to SAP CRM
- Analysis of Infrastructure Change Mgmt. process and transition to SAP CRM
- Documentation of current HP tool governance processes (definition of task set to transform in new team)
About my client:
My client is a global financial institution based in Luxembourg with offices in other world wide locations. The ideal candidate with have a profile similar to the one above. The initial contract will run for 3 months.
Key skills:
- Strong ITIL Knowledge
- Some Project Management experience
- Fluency in French is a must
