BACKGROUND
My client is a major bank involved in securities transactions, in particular the clearing, settlement and custody. As part of their on-going programme of system improvement, they are now looking for a Business Analyst to work on the migration from HP tool landscape (HP BSM, ITSM & uCMDB) to SAP CRM.
TASKS:
Documentation of current HP BSM, ITSM
ITSM: IT Service Management;
uCMDB: Universal Configuration Management Database).
- analysis and documentation of current interfaces (incl. external customer interfaces);
- analysis of Incident
- analysis of Infrastructure Change Mgmt. process and transition to SAP CRM;
- documentation of current HP tool governance processes (definition of task set to transform in new team).
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
HP tool landscape (HP BSM, ITSM
ITIL;
project management experience;
Language: English (some French will be a plus but is not essential).
