Business Analyst - HP-ALM

Projektbeschreibung
Proteus Europe is urgently recruiting for a junior/middle level Business Analyst with HP-ALM experience, including aviation sector experience. You will be joining our client located in Brussels on a very long contract. Your initial contract will be for 12 Months, with year-long extensions thereafter.
The required language is English.
Role summary:
- Requirements analysis and documentation keeping an eye on the technical constrains and potential evolution of existing NM systems.
- Follow-up of the relevant subject during development and deployment phases.
Participation to prototyping (as Business Analyst or up to software development if applicable) as a means to better elicitate requirements.
Your Tasks:
- Provide coaching and support on Requirements Management process, methodology
- Provide training and support to Business Analysts within the TO/NSE Team
- Elicitation and elaboration of requirements taking into account NM systems architecture, design and technical constraints for FBs (Functional Block) of the NM Releases
- Development/maintenance of service requirements according to internal processes (mainly RAP - Requirements and Architecture process Definition) and PM) in HP ALM.
- Migration of existing requirements and models to the new requirements management tool.
- Provision of training for internal stakeholders, ie high level description of relevant topics.
- FB, Functional Block; a set of user requests grouped in a project within an Release.
- PM, Project Management.
- RAP, Requirements and Architecture process Definition
Must have's:
- At least 3 years experience as business analyst of large mission critical systems,
- At least 3 years experience as business analyst in large software development projects,
- Knowledge of one or more of the following domains: Flight planning, Flow management, Airspace information
- Strong competences in working with requirement management systems and modelling tools such as HP-ALM and Enterprise Architecture.
- Advanced competences and experience in requirements analysis and use case modelling using techniques such as Volere.
- Very good interpersonal skills to communicate with the stakeholders (users, architects, developers, testers, support teams).
- Very good technical writing and presentation skills.
Additionally this profile shall comprise solid and proven business analyst experience in several of the following domains:
- Safety critical systems, high availability systems, Real Time, mission critical systems,
- Data architecture, Datamodelling, DB tools, DB design (Oracle, SQL)
Technical and professional competences:
- Ability to write technical documents in English
- Knowledge of Requirements Management tools like HP-ALM
- Knowledge of Modeling tools like EA
- Proficiency with MS Office tools (PPT, Excel, Word, and Visio).
