Prestigious Financial Services organisation is seeking a strong online Business Analyst to assist on a project to simplify the way in which people apply for home loans online.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AS THE BUSINESS ANALYST:

- Business analysis planning and monitoring to determine which activities are necessary in order to identify relevant stakeholders, select appropriate techniques and processes to manage requirements and provide constant assessment of progress
- Gather, organise and synthesize information from various sources
- Working with stakeholders to understand their needs, concerns and the environment that they operate in
- Ensure actual needs opposed to stated or superficial needs are addressed and adhered to
- Identifying and defining business needs and problems/issues and defining and developing a feasible solution scope
- Effectively communicating requirements to stakeholders, managing conflicts, issues and changes in order to ensure that stakeholders and project team members remain in agreement on solution scope
- Assessing and documenting the current state of business to identify and recommend improvements and verification and validation of resulting requirements
- Contributing to conversion of business needs into functional designs
- Identifying and managing gaps, determining the effectiveness of proposed solutions and developing Business Requirements documents and models
- Identify the risks associated with the proposed solution as well as the risk for not implementing the solution

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Minimum two years' business analysis or process improvement experience
- Financial Services Industry Experience
- Online Home Loan application for experience (desirable) Online experience a must
- Experience working in technology enabled change programs/projects
