BUSINESS ANALYST, HEALTHCARE DATA RECORDS, PHARMA (CONTRACT, BASEL)

On behalf of our client, a world-leading pharmaceutical company based in Switzerland, Swisslinx are looking for a dynamic and pro-active BUSINESS ANALYST with experience in HEALTHCARE DATA RECORDS SYSTEMS

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-

collection, analysis and documentation of business requirements
-

work with delivery and the project team to ensure that the end solution is consistent with the URS (User Requirements Specification) and Businesses' needs
-

capture Operational Support Model requirements, obligations, constraints and define the underpinning sub processes
-

understanding of existing systems' functionality, compare current business processes to system functionality, and document gaps
-

create as-is and to-be process models and associated information/control flows to represent business processes for the area under analysis
-

support creation of end-to-end test scenarios
-

collaborate across functions to determine if solutions currently exist (internally or externally) or whether new solutions are feasible to meet requirements
-

support the assessment of dependencies, potential issues and risks

REQUIREMENTS:

-

3- 5 years' experience working as a BUSINESS ANALYST in PHARMA/LIFE SCIENCES domain
-

Experience in VALIDATION and GXP
-

Experience with CLOUD BASED CRM TECHNOLOGIES (Salesforce, Pega with AWS), MASTER DATA management, SYSTEM INTEGRATION (SAP, Oracle systems), BUSINESS OBJECTS reporting
-

METHODOLOGIES: PMI, Agile (Jira), TOGAF

Experience in analysing, documenting and redesigning BUSINESS PROCESS MODELS with the ability to reify and measure success of said processes
-

Very strong COMMUNICATION SKILLS (stakeholder management, cooperation with business and engineers)
-

Understanding of engagement approval and actual spend reporting (within the context of the EFPIA (European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations) HCP/HCO DISCLOSURE CODE)
-

Fluency in ENGLISH

START DATE: ASAP
