HEALTH INSURANCE - BUSINESS ANALYST

Business Analyst determines communication needs, gathers appropriate information, and develops communications that are understandable to the target audience.

The candidate will represent unit, function, or area in special assignments, including project sponsorship, as assigned effectively navigates the State Farm organization to identify, analyze and complete assignments. Develops materials and may train business users on strategies/processes/procedures

- Exercises independent judgment and makes decisions required to diagnose and resolve complex problems and issues
- Develops broad-based knowledge of the area in which field of expertise resides
- Develops knowledge of Systems Department structure and processes
- Builds and utilizes effective working relationships with internal and external associates
- Works independently, including on matters of moderate complexity
- Coordinates activities with other team members
- Creates various communications that are understandable to the target audience.
