The department of Health Care will be facing many challenges the upcoming 1 - 2 years.
One of these challenges will be to create, in close collaboration with an external partner, a new Claims Management System (CMS) allowing our department to meet & even exceed the client's expectations while working as efficient as possible.
The scope of this new CMS is very broad:
- Management of hospitalization invoices (electronically & paper)
- Management of outpatient care costs
- Management of ambulatory costs
- Corporate & Retail contracts
You will be part of a team of experienced analysts and work in close collaboration with several business experts.
The objective of the job is:
- Analysis of claim coverages present in standard products
- Analysis of agreements with our clients to identify any specific coverages compared to standard products
- Modelisation of standard products & agreements with clients in existing business rules engine framework
- to help organise & participate to the functional testing of the delivered parametrisation in the business rules engine
- to provide education for the business users in close collaboration with a change management team

Business experience required:
* Preliminary experience in Life Insurance (Group Insurance) or Insurance in general
Preferable
* Knowledge of Health Care Products
Technical experience required:
* Looking continuously for improvement of business rules, processes and applications
* Experience in modelling of business rules
* Preparing and organising the users acceptance tests
* Taking the "service-after-delivery" for your account
* Assembling the necessary documentation for new or adapted business rules and/or functionalities
* Informing the concerned parties in a structured and efficient way about the progress of the projects
Functional experience required:
* Min. 3 years of professional experience in analysis
