Business Analyst (HCM) - Project Management - HR - Basel, Switzerland

NextLink is currently looking for a Business Analyst (HCM) to work for a well-known pharma company based in Basel, Switzerland.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

HR Reporting Project to cover reporting with combined data between several sources (Taleo, Workday, SAP HCM). The role of the business analyst is to gather reporting & analytics requirements and come up with proposals. The project has just started.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

- Start date: 09.10.2017
- Latest start date: 23.10.2017
- End date: 29.06.2018
- Extension: An extension could be possible, but needs to be reviewed.
- Workload: 100%
- Remote/Home Office: possible max. 10-20%, prior approval needed
- Travelling: up to 10%

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

The main task is a business analyst role that deeply understands HR processes but also has the technical background in reporting:

- Global coordination of business needs across country and business boundaries (most important part of the tasks)
- Analyze HR reporting and analytics needs holistically with business stakeholders.
- If needs are not expressed, put proposals forward.
- Bring to the business proposals, propose servicing models and distribution models, for state of the art end-user and analyst reporting
- ATS - Taleo and Workday Attraction Hiring Sourcing requirements analysis
- Workforce reporting in SAP R/.3 and SAP BW - requirements analysis
- Conceptional Datamodelling for Oracle
- Overlook the technical implementation for offshore developments
- Audit the development
- Perform and lead business testing
- Establish project documentation

MUST HAVES:

- At least 5 years of experience in working as Business Analyst with or for a multinational company (especially with HR)
- Needs to have both HR processes as well as technical expertise (eg integration of data)
- Needs to be highly flexible with changing priorities or requests
- Prior project management skills (+3 years)
- Needs to be able to communicate in English at a very proficient level
- Strong HR business experience (strong process knowledge)
- Strong customer engagement skills as Business Analyst
