Business Analyst (HCM)

Harvey Nash is looking for a Business Analyst (HCM) for an 8+ month project in Switzerland.

The role of the business analyst is to gather reporting & analytics requirements and come up with proposals.

You are responsible for

* Global coordination of business needs across country and business boundaries (most important part of the tasks)

* Analyzing HR reporting and analytics needs holistically with business stakeholders.

* Bringing to the business proposals for state of the art end-user and analyst reporting

* Proposing servicing models for state of the art end-user and analyst reporting

* Proposing distribution models for state of the art end-user and analyst reporting

* ATS - Taleo and Workday Attraction Hiring Sourcing requirements analysis

* Workforce reporting in SAP R/.3 and SAP BW - requirements analysis

* Conceptional Datamodelling for Oracle

* Overlooking the technical implementation for offshore developments

* Auditing the development

* Performing and leading business testing

* Establishing project documentation

Requirements

* At least 5 years of experience in working as Business Analyst with or for a multinational company (especially with HR)

* Needs to have both HR processes as well as technical expertise (eg integration of data)

* Needs to be highly flexible with changing priorities or requests

* Prior project management skills (+3 years)

* Needs to be able to communicate in English at a very proficient level

* Strong HR business experience (strong process knowledge)

* Strong customer engagement skills as Business Analyst

* Lived and worked abroad is a big plus due to the diversity and complexity of needs in the different countries

* Ideally lived in a English speaking country before
