* Business System Analyst - Hampshire - 3 Month Contract * A household name based in Hampshire is looking for a Business System Analyst to join their team on a 3 month contract. The Business System Analyst will work on projects near the end of the software development life cycle, ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables. The Business System Analyst will liaise with internal Business System Analysts, developers and testers to manage specifications in the form of user stories and check functionality according to committed schedules. The successful Business System Analyst will build effective working relationships with technical and business stakeholders. Essential - Extensive experience of working in an IT environment - Extensive experience working on web applications - Broad conceptual conversance of IT technologies, with strong knowledge of current web-based IT technologies and application of software applications e.g. MS Office, MS Visio - Familiarity with writing and managing functional specifications, including user stories and supporting documentation - Comfortable undertaking functional testing and raising issues/bugs as appropriate - Exposure to Agile or iterative development methods - Familiarity with issue/bug tracking tools Desirable - Experience of using SQL/database query tools - ISEB/BCS diploma in Business Analysis If you are an excellent Business System Analyst that is looking to join highly regarded company then send your CV, availability and rate of pay to be considered for an interview.
