Business Analyst - Group Risk Control

For a project at our banking client site in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

BUSINESS ANALYST - QUANT SKILLS & RISK EXPERIENCE (3866)

The ideal candidate would have the following skills and qualifications:

- STRONG TRACK RECORD IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND BUSINESS ANALYSIS (FOCUS IS ON THE BA PART)
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, particularly in the area of MARKET, TREASURY AND CREDIT RISK
- Experience in process management/design
- Strong communication skills to face off to, influence and engage senior stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, highly organized and able to work in a quickly changing and fast paced environment
- Good knowledge of IT and banking processes
- Risk experience would be a plus
- UNDERSTANDING AND EXPERIENCE OF IMPLEMENTING REGULATORY PROJECTS IN A LARGE BANK WOULD BE A PLUS
- Excellent communication skills in English

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Drive and coordinate the delivery of Market, Treasury and Credit Risk relevant IT and process changes
- Manage sub-projects within an overall program and prepare Business Requirement documents including requirement description and use cases
- Work with the Functional Architects and other Business Analysts to ensure the solutions proposed are fit for purpose
- Identify opportunities for IT and process improvements
- Analyze business processes and recommend new design changes to existing business processes
- Assist IT and business in defining test cases and acceptance criteria
