PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAMME

Our client, a leading UK retail bank require the services of a Business Analyst to work on Programme in the mortgages workstream.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

This is an opportunity to be part of a large, exciting and ground breaking project, offering unique experience within the Bank.

We are looking for 1 x Business Analysts to work on the Day 1 Workstream. 

The successful candidates will have:

- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail

CORE SKILLS

- Skills in Process & systems analysis, information/requirements gathering, facilitation with key stakeholders and users
- Writing functional specifications for developers
- Experience of developing high level solution designs, identifying and evaluating alternative solutions
- Able to clearly articulate problems and solutions to colleagues and stakeholders
- Able to collaborate with colleagues and be prepared to seek advice as well as offer it
- Managing changes through the software development life cycle
- Experience of several development methodologies
- Experience adhering to policies and standards
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Strong data analysis skills

DESIRABLE SKILLS

- Exposure to change control processes common in large organisations
- MI generation
- Internal & External stakeholder management
