My client, a world renowned global organisation based in Prague is seeking a professional to fulfil the role of IT Business Analyst to act as a process practitioner, supports process manager, identifies improvement opportunities and suggests improvements. Improves the processes, creates/maintains documentations of processes and contributes to the design of new processes. Provides subject matter expertise based on ITIL best practice and Industry standards for Job Descriptions Creation and other Process documentation.

Required skills are as follows:

*4+ years of experience in IT Service Management area
*2+ years of experience with producing Processes and other related documentation
*Very good analytical skills
*Ability to analyze and interpret performance data
*Good understanding of techniques within the ITIL Processes
*Ability to review and execute operational tasks related to process management
*Experienced with an IT infrastructure operations environment ideally working within a multi-partner environment.
*Good understanding of business processes and objectives
*Capable of working in an international environment with virtual teams
