Business Analyst (GoldenSource, SQL, PL/SQL, Equities, Bonds, Futures and Options, Investment Banking)

My Client is a Tier 1 Investment Bank located in Canary Wharf with a contract Business Analyst requirement.

Key Skills/Experience:

- Excellent knowledge of      GoldenSource Version 7/8 data model and processes
- Good understating of      internal workings of Golden Source products
- Good SQL Skills:  PL/SQL and the ability to work      unsupervised with this technology
- Excellent knowledge of      asset classes including Equities, Bonds, Futures and Options
- Minimum 5 years BA      experience in a similar consumer facing role

Responsibilities:

- Work on GoldenSource version 7.3/8.2      technologies to perform BA function to support the Reference Data System      adoptions.
- Liaise with clients BA teams to      identify/investigate data quality issues, identify root cause, work with      development team to find an optimal solution to fix the root cause and      track/monitor all the related implementation plans.
- Work with other team members including      Developers, Project Managers, Business Analysts and other support staff.
- Participate in the change management      and release activities.

All the above skills acquired in an investment banking environment.
