Senior/Lead Business Analyst

EMIR, Clearing, regulatory Change, CCP. Tier 1 Investment Banking client is looking to hire a Lead Business analyst. EMIR is driving regulatory change through the OTC and Listed Derivatives business and the Clearing' world is anticipated to go through some significant changes over the coming years.

Core duties include:

- Monitor and understand what the industry roadmap is heading towards in relation to CCP - how they are applied, authorised etc. You will analyse what offerings CCP's are expected to have and work with compliance, legal, IT, Front Office etc. to go through each CCP model and help the bank ultimately decide on what CCP's they are going to offer to the market
- Once 1. Is completed, you will then analyse the current Business Operating Model, work out what the new Target Operating Model will look like, and devise avenues of how they can get there

The Lead Business Analyst/Project Manager will coordinate all of this. It is essential you have experience of facing off to senior and demanding stakeholders across; Front Office, Risk, Operations, IT, Legal etc.

- You will be a lead Business Analyst/Project Manager
- Ideally you will have Clearing and/or Listed derivatives and/or OTC derivatives business knowledge but this is not essential.
- Experience in Business Target Operating model change in relation to regulatory initiatives. Special interest in both EMIR and Dodd Frank
- Any understanding of CCP structures
